Book Review

I liked the way the book is set out and the fun illustrations

I was sent this book to review at the start of the Euro’s, so it has been good to read before a country played a game.

So, I have not read it like I would normally read a book from beginning to end.  Instead I used the contents page to search for a country or team that I wanted to learn more about.

It is a non-fiction book but written in a fun way with lots of interesting facts. Such as; the biggest legal win was 36-0, in the 1885 Scottish cup – that’s a lot of goals!

I liked the way the book is set out and the fun illustrations.

There is also a quiz at the end of the book to test your knowledge on the things you have learnt.

My mum used the questions to test me and I got 41/50! She was quite impressed! I would definitely recommend this book to football fans.
