Kid’s Book Review: Sophie’s Stories

Kid’s Book Review: Sophie’s Stories

About the Book and Author / Illustrator

This whirlwind of a brightly illustrated picture book incorporates classic fairytale characters that children may be able to identify. It is also exudes infectious enthusiasm by the main character Sophie for reading. She just wants one more story, and then another and another… (which we heartily approve of!)

It’s bedtime, but Sophie needs one more bedtime story…
And every time Sophie opens a book, it transports her to a magical storybook land.
One story sweeps her away on a flying carpet.
Another whisks her to Wonderland, with white rabbits and talking mushrooms.
How on earth can she go to sleep, when stories are just so exciting?

Book Review

I love this book where every story is like a big adventure. You pick which book you want to read and that’s where you go on a magical adventure.
