We chose a sports person each night and read about them
Cedar: I was looking forward to reading this book as I like learning about real facts and people. We chose a sports person each night and read about them. I liked finding out what each person was known for and what they had won. Each athlete had a drawing of them so you can see what they looked like. My favourites out of the book were Billy Monger and Mohammad Ali. There were lots of different facts on each page I liked how they were on different sections.
Mum: A great book for children to learn about famous athletes/ sport stars and their achievements and talents. All broken down really easily to read and visually to see. It was very informative but balanced for children to understand and take in the information. Illustrations of each athlete along side their information looked great on each page. A book you’d keep coming across for a long time.
