Kid’s Book Review: Two Sides

Kid’s Book Review: Two Sides

About the Book, Author and Illustrator

This book is a really good choice for independent young readers who might be a bit over-faced with a full length middle grade story. It is not too long and contains lovely full-colour illustrations. It is published by Little Tiger Press.

Lula and Lenka are best friends and total opposites – Lula is a Dog Person and Lenka is a Cat Person; Lula is super messy and Lenka is neat and tidy; Lula likes talking to people and Lenka likes watching people – but together they make the perfect pair. Until they fall out over something silly.

This book is about how they manage to overcome the bump in their friendship and shows how good friends listen to each other and respect another’s different ideas and opinions.

Book Review

the book shows that it is important to say sorry

I recommend this book to all children because it shows you what to do when you fall out with your friend. It also has beautiful pictures.

Lula and Lenka like different things but they have been best friends since they were born. The story is about friendship. Lula and Lenka have a silly argument and fall out.

The book shows that it is important to say “sorry” and be the best friend that you can be.

I would give this book 10 out of 10 because when I finished it, I wanted to read more so I read it all over again!
